We are Grateful!

Thanks to supporters like you, we had a successful 2nd Annual 5K Run / Walk/Roll for Healthcare event. On Sunday, September 25th, we raised nearly $20,000 with the help of 109 in-person and virtual participants, 20+ volunteers, and 8 community partners and sponsors. All funds raised from this event allow CVIM to continue providing services to those without affordable access to primary medical care and chronic disease management.
