Giselle C. Ondetti, FNP

Chair, Board of Directors

Nurse Practitioner, Giselle Ondetti has been a volunteer provider at the clinic since January 2023. Giselle’s primary care career was spent working with underserved populations, focusing mostly on the chronic disease prevention. Giselle is particularly passionate about nutrition, activity, and mental health. She is also bilingual and says she loves serving our Spanish-speaking population.

 

Malley Nason 

Co-Chair

Malley Mason is a current public health employee with Clackamas County specializing in HIV/STI prevention. Malley’s professional background lies in hard sciences but her drive toward service and community focused work brought her to public health during the pandemic. She is currently a part of the communicable disease department within public health and works to design and implement prevention programs, coordinate strategic community partnerships, and advance access to sexual and reproductive healthcare. When Malley is out of the office, she can be found salsa dancing or spending time with her 4 year old niece.

Jeff Gudman

Treasurer

Jeff is retired from a career in finance, having worked as a financial analyst for Hyster Co. and treasurer for several subsidiaries of NW Natural Gas. He is currently an active investor. Jeff has served as treasurer of the Legacy Emanuel Foundation, was on the Lake Oswego City Council and is currently Vice Chair of the Board of Directors at Mary’s Woods retirement community.

Armetta Burney

Secretary

Armetta is the Dean of Technology, Applied Science, and Public Service (TAPS) at Clackamas Community College. She is pursuing her Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership through Concordia University. Armetta has held multiple leadership positions at Clark College (WA), including Interim Dean of Workforce Professional and Technical Education & Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.

Charlotte Flood

As the chief executive officer of Northwest Primary Care in the Portland, OR, metro area, Charlotte Flood, MHA has 40 years of experience in healthcare and over 25 years of experience as an executive in the healthcare industry. She has been engaged in all aspects of integrated delivery systems, most recently working primarily with independent medical groups.  Charlotte has served as a board member on other community-focused organizations that support the underserved populations in the Portland Metro area.  Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Liberal Studies from the University of Oklahoma and a Master of Healthcare Administration from Oklahoma State University.

Marc Gonzales

Marc retired from Clackamas County after a 35-year career, as the county CFO for the last 13 years. He volunteers on the Multnomah County Citizen Investment Advisory Board and Charter Review Committee. Marc is a musician and has been on the board of Make Music Day PDX (an annual free event for people who love music) since 2016.

Nicole Hudson, RN, MSN, CEN

Nicole is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in emergency care. She currently serves as Associate Nurse Manager in the Emergency Department at Providence Health Services in Oregon City, where she supports quality patient care and leads nursing and technical teams to improve operations and patient outcomes. Nicole often mentors new nurses and is known for her ability to remain level-headed in high-stress situations in the ER. She is passionate about pediatric care, trauma preparedness, and fostering strong teamwork in fast-paced clinical settings. Nicole is certified in Emergency Nursing, holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University, and a Master’s in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University.

Dr. John Maroney

Dr. Maroney is a retired family physician and clinic volunteer. Fluent in Spanish. He has worked at public health clinics in Ciudad Vieja Guatemala, Cusco Peru. He is currently completing a fellowship in wilderness medicine and teaching Mazamas Wilderness First Aid classes. Besides serving on the board, Dr. Maroney is one of our most regular physician volunteers.

Claudia Roldan Mendenhall

Claudia Roldan Mendenhall brings more than two decades of experience supporting underserved communities through her work with Legal Aid Services of Oregon. She currently serves as Office Manager for the Farmworker Program in Woodburn, where she provides administrative and financial support, assists attorneys with casework, and offers bilingual interpretation and translation services for Spanish-speaking clients. Claudia is deeply committed to advocacy, community outreach, and ensuring access to essential services. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is passionate about supporting individuals and families through clear communication, organization, and compassion.

Dr. J Kevin McKinney

Dr. McKinney is an ophthalmologist and has been practicing with EyeHealth Northwest for 26 years. He served on the Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology Board, chaired the American Academy of Ophthalmology’s Patient Education Committee and volunteers as a senior examiner with the American Board of Ophthalmology. He does volunteer eye clinics and teaching, and sings with the Choral Arts Ensemble of Portland.

Martha C Muñoz Ferro

From Medellín, Colombia, I earned a Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Massachusetts, Boston, and pursued Naturopathic Medicine at the National College of Natural Medicine, Portland, Oregon. Additionally, I completed a Master’s in Public Health, focusing on health promotion, at Portland State University, with an internship in Coban, Guatemala, centered on food security and maternal/child health.
